AntiMap: політика конфіденційності

AntiMap — навігаційний застосунок для Android з Android Auto та для iPhone з CarPlay. Його розробляє BrickLogic (далі «ми»). Питання щодо цієї політики надсилайте на bricklogic.dev@gmail.com.
Коротко
- Акаунтів, реклами, аналітики й сторонніх SDK для відстеження немає.
- Наш сервер отримує: незворотний хеш ідентифікатора телефона, щоб рахувати безкоштовні 14 днів і куплені години їзди (для них ще покупки й секунди їзди, без місцезнаходження); текст пошуку й місце, біля якого шукати; токен сповіщень із платформою й мовою, а також вашу відповідь на «Новини та акції»; записи поїздок, але тільки якщо ви самі ввімкнули «Надсилати поїздки».
- Новини й акції приходять лише тим, хто на них погодився.
- Підписку оплачують через Google Play або App Store: картку й платіжні дані бачать лише Google чи Apple.
- Карту й маршрути дають публічні картографічні сервіси. Мережеву позицію телефон визначає сам, через системну службу геолокації (див. нижче).
- Решта того, що застосунок записує, лишається на телефоні, доки ви самі цим не поділитеся.

На Android дозвіл «Стан телефону» потрібен лише для того, щоб бачити вишки другої SIM. Номерів телефону, IMEI, контактів, дзвінків чи SMS застосунок не читає. iPhone не дає застосункам ні вишок, ні мереж Wi-Fi, ні сирих супутникових даних, тож на iPhone їх немає й у записах. CarPlay не передає застосункам швидкості машини.
Запис поїздки. За замовчуванням запис вмикається разом із навігацією («Поїхали»). Його можна
вимкнути в Налаштуваннях («Записувати поїздку»). Записи лежать у теці застосунку на телефоні: на
Android це Android/data/com.bricklogic.antimap/files/sessions/, на iPhone — тека AntiMap у
застосунку «Файли». Видалити запис можна в розділі «Записи», а всі записи разом зникнуть, якщо
видалити застосунок. Під час перенесення даних на новий телефон система може перенести збережені
місця й налаштування.
Що є в записі. Запис поїздки містить точний трек (де й коли ви їхали), а на Android ще й апаратні адреси точок Wi-Fi і номери вишок, які телефон бачив по дорозі. Той, кому ви надішлете запис, побачить усе це.
Надсилання записів. Запис покидає телефон лише тоді, коли ви натискаєте «Надіслати» і самі обираєте, куди (Telegram, Google Drive тощо). Після цього діють правила того сервісу, який ви обрали. Окремо від цього є автоматичне надсилання поїздок, яке вмикаєте ви самі (див. нижче).
Безкоштовні 14 днів і підписка
AntiMap безкоштовний 14 днів від першого запуску. Далі потрібна підписка AntiMap Pro або години їзди.
Один пробний період на пристрій. Щоб ці 14 днів не починалися заново після перевстановлення, застосунок надсилає на наш сервер SHA-256-хеш ідентифікатора телефона разом із назвою застосунку, а також версію застосунку. На Android ідентифікатор — це ANDROID_ID, на iPhone — випадковий ідентифікатор, який застосунок створює сам і зберігає в Keychain цього iPhone. Сам ідентифікатор телефон не покидає, і з хешу його не відновити. Сервер зберігає хеш, час першого звернення й версію і відповідає, коли закінчуються безкоштовні 14 днів. Ці дані ні з чим не пов’язані: ні з акаунтом, ні з місцезнаходженням, ні з поїздками. Ми зберігаємо їх, поки працює сервіс, бо інакше безкоштовні дні можна було б отримати знову.
Коди AntiMap Pro. Якщо ви вводите код, який отримали від нас, сервер запам’ятовує, для якого пристрою (того самого хешу) його використано, щоб один код відкривав Pro на одному телефоні.
Оплата. На Android підписку оформлюють, поновлюють і скасовують у Google Play, на iPhone — в App Store. Платіжні дані обробляє Google чи Apple за своєю політикою конфіденційності, ми їх не бачимо. Від магазину застосунок дізнається, чи є активна підписка AntiMap Pro, а після покупки годин їзди отримує підтвердження покупки й передає його нашому серверу.
Години їзди. Якщо ви купуєте години їзди, наш сервер зберігає для того самого хешу пристрою, скільки секунд куплено й скільки витрачено. Про кожну покупку він зберігає магазин, пакет, час і ідентифікатор покупки (на Android ще номер замовлення Google Play). Покупку сервер перевіряє: на Android запитом до Google Play, на iPhone за підписом Apple. Поки машина їде з відкритим AntiMap, застосунок надсилає, скільки секунд вона їхала, з випадковим ідентифікатором поїздки й номером звіту. Місцезнаходження, маршруту чи швидкості в цих звітах немає. Години не згорають, тому ці дані ми зберігаємо, поки працює сервіс.
Надсилання поїздок (лише якщо ви його ввімкнули)
За замовчуванням вимкнено. Якщо ввімкнути «Надсилати поїздки» в Налаштуваннях, записи поїздок, початі після цього, надсилаються на наш сервер у фоні й лише через Wi-Fi. Ми використовуємо їх, щоб краще розпізнавати глушіння й підміну GPS і точніше вести без GPS.
Перед надсиланням телефон обрізає запис. Він прибирає перші й останні 2 хвилини; усе в радіусі близько 500 м (з випадковим запасом до 200 м) від початку й кінця поїздки, від ваших збережених місць і від початку й кінця кожного маршруту; назви мереж Wi-Fi; назву й адресу пункту призначення. Решта запису (трек посередині поїздки, датчики, а на Android ще вишки, апаратні адреси точок Wi-Fi і супутникові виміри) іде разом із моделлю телефона, версією застосунку й випадковим ідентифікатором встановлення, не пов’язаним з вами.
Сервер записів не зберігає: кожен одразу пересилається в закритий робочий чат команди в Telegram, де його далі зберігає Telegram. Вимкнути надсилання можна будь-коли. Уже надіслані поїздки ми видалимо на ваш запит: напишіть на bricklogic.dev@gmail.com дату й час поїздки.

Як і будь-який сервер, ці сервіси бачать IP-адресу телефона. Усі запити йдуть через HTTPS. Картографічним сервісам застосунок не передає ідентифікаторів пристрою чи акаунта. Як довго сторонні сервіси зберігають запити, визначають їхні власні правила. Ми ними не керуємо й не отримуємо від них даних.
Системна геолокація. Застосунок просить у телефона мережеву позицію (за вишками й Wi-Fi). На Android, коли приймач GPS після підміни чи глушіння довго не може знайти позицію, застосунок може скинути його супутникові дані допомоги: тоді телефон сам завантажує нові дані про супутники й точний час. Ці запити виконує служба геолокації телефона (на більшості Android-телефонів це Google Location Services, на iPhone — служби геолокації Apple), за її власними правилами. Застосунок не бачить і не керує тим, що вона передає.
Голос. На iPhone голосові підказки озвучує голос самого телефона. На Android їх озвучує синтезатор мовлення, обраний у налаштуваннях телефона: поки телефон в мережі, застосунок обирає мережевий голос, якщо синтезатор його має, і тоді текст підказки озвучують сервери розробника синтезатора (на більшості телефонів Google). Без мережі підказки озвучує голос на самому телефоні.
Сповіщення. Застосунок реєструється в службі сповіщень (на iPhone це служба Apple, на Android це Firebase Cloud Messaging від Google) і надсилає отриманий токен на наш сервер разом із хешем пристрою, платформою (iPhone чи Android), мовою й версією застосунку. Так ми можемо надсилати важливі повідомлення, наприклад про нову версію. Сповіщення можна вимкнути в налаштуваннях телефона.
Новини та акції. Новини й пропозиції (наприклад, знижку на AntiMap Pro) ми надсилаємо лише тим, хто погодився. Застосунок питає про це один раз, а змінити відповідь можна будь-коли в Налаштуваннях («Новини та акції»). Сервер зберігає вашу відповідь і час, коли ви її дали. Кому надіслати, ми обираємо лише за мовою, платформою, версією застосунку й станом доступу (безкоштовні дні, AntiMap Pro, години їзди або доступ закінчився), який сервер і так знає з даних вище. Місцезнаходження, поїздки й маршрути для цього не використовуються. Про кожну розсилку сервер 30 днів пам’ятає, на які токени її надіслано, щоб нікому не надіслати двічі. Доставляють сповіщення Apple чи Google: вони отримують токен і текст сповіщення.
Чого немає
- продажу чи передачі даних рекламодавцям або брокерам даних;
- рекламного ідентифікатора й відстеження між застосунками;
- аналітики, звітів про збої на наші сервери, акаунтів;
- доступу до місцезнаходження, коли застосунок закритий, не веде маршрутом і нічого не записує.
Ваші дані
Те, що лежить на телефоні, видаляється разом із застосунком. Щоб отримати копію або видалити те, що є на нашому сервері чи в нашому чаті Telegram (хеш пристрою, години їзди, токен сповіщень, надіслані поїздки), напишіть на bricklogic.dev@gmail.com.
Діти
AntiMap призначений для водіїв і не орієнтований на дітей.

AntiMap privacy policy

AntiMap is a navigation app for Android with Android Auto and for iPhone with CarPlay, developed by BrickLogic ("we"). Questions about this policy: bricklogic.dev@gmail.com.
In short
- No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no third-party tracking SDKs.
- Our server receives: a one-way hash of the phone's identifier, to count the 14 free days and the hours of driving you bought (for those also the purchases and the seconds driven, with no location); the search text and the point to search near; the notification token with the platform and the language, and your answer to «Новини та акції» ("News and offers"); and drive recordings, but only if you turned on "Send drives" yourself.
- News and offers reach only those who agreed to them.
- The subscription is paid through Google Play or the App Store: only Google or Apple sees your card and payment details.
- The map and routes come from public map services. The phone works out its network position by itself, through the system location service (see below).
- Everything else the app records stays on the phone unless you share it yourself.

On Android, the "Phone" permission is used only to see the cell towers of the second SIM. The app does not read phone numbers, IMEI, contacts, calls or SMS. iPhone gives apps no cell towers, no Wi-Fi networks and no raw satellite data, so iPhone recordings hold none of them. CarPlay gives apps no car speed.
Trip recording. By default, recording starts together with navigation («Поїхали», "Go"). It can
be turned off in Settings («Записувати поїздку», "Record trip"). Recordings are stored in the
app's folder on the phone: on Android Android/data/com.bricklogic.antimap/files/sessions/, on
iPhone the AntiMap folder in the Files app. You can delete a recording in «Записи» ("Recordings"),
and all recordings are removed when the app is uninstalled. When you move to a new phone, the
system may transfer saved places and settings.
What a recording contains. A trip recording holds a precise track (where and when you drove), and on Android also the hardware addresses of Wi-Fi access points and the IDs of cell towers the phone saw on the way. Anyone you send a recording to can see all of this.
Sharing recordings. A recording leaves the phone only when you tap «Надіслати» ("Send") and choose the destination yourself (Telegram, Google Drive, …). From then on, that service's terms apply. Separately, there is automatic sending of drives, which you turn on yourself (see below).
The 14 free days and the subscription
AntiMap is free for 14 days from the first launch. After that, an AntiMap Pro subscription or hours of driving are needed.
One trial per device. So that the 14 days do not start over after a reinstall, the app sends our server a SHA-256 hash of the phone's identifier combined with the app's name, plus the app version. On Android the identifier is the ANDROID_ID; on iPhone it is a random identifier the app creates itself and keeps in this iPhone's Keychain. The identifier itself never leaves the phone and cannot be recovered from the hash. The server keeps the hash, the time of the first request and the version, and answers when the free days end. This data is not linked to anything else: no account, no location, no drives. We keep it for as long as the service runs, because otherwise the free days could be taken again.
AntiMap Pro codes. If you enter a code you got from us, the server records which device (the same hash) used it, so that one code opens Pro on one phone.
Payment. On Android the subscription is bought, renewed and cancelled in Google Play; on iPhone, in the App Store. Google or Apple processes the payment details under its own privacy policy; we do not see them. From the store the app learns whether there is an active AntiMap Pro subscription, and after you buy hours of driving it gets the purchase's confirmation and passes it to our server.
Hours of driving. If you buy hours of driving, our server keeps, for the same device hash, how many seconds were bought and how many were spent. For each purchase it keeps the store, the pack, the time and the purchase's identifier (on Android also the Google Play order number). The server checks each purchase: on Android by asking Google Play, on iPhone by Apple's signature. While the car moves with AntiMap open, the app sends how many seconds it moved, with a random drive identifier and a report number. These reports hold no location, route or speed. Hours never expire, so we keep this data for as long as the service runs.
Sending drives (only if you turn it on)
Off by default. If you turn on "Send drives" in Settings, drive recordings started from then on are sent to our server in the background, over Wi-Fi only. We use them to detect GPS jamming and spoofing better and to guide more accurately without GPS.
Before sending, the phone trims the recording. It removes the first and last 2 minutes; everything within about 500 m (plus a random margin of up to 200 m) of where the drive started and ended, of your saved places and of the start and end of every route; Wi-Fi network names; and the destination's name and address. The rest of the recording (the track in the middle of the drive, sensors, and on Android also cell towers, Wi-Fi access point hardware addresses and satellite measurements) is sent with the phone model, the app version and a random install ID that is not linked to you.
The server does not keep recordings: each one is passed straight on to the team's private working chat in Telegram, where Telegram stores it from then on. You can turn sending off at any time. We will delete drives already sent if you ask: write to bricklogic.dev@gmail.com with the date and time of the drive.

Like any server, these services see the phone's IP address. All requests use HTTPS. The app sends the map services no device or account identifiers. How long third-party services keep requests is set by their own policies. We do not control them and receive no data from them.
System location. The app asks the phone for its network position (from cell towers and Wi-Fi). On Android, when the GPS receiver cannot get a fix for a long time after spoofing or jamming, the app may reset its satellite assistance data, after which the phone downloads fresh satellite data and the exact time by itself. These requests are made by the phone's location service (Google Location Services on most Android phones, Apple's Location Services on iPhone) under its own policy. The app does not see or control what that service sends.
Voice. On iPhone, voice prompts are spoken by the phone's own voice. On Android they are spoken by the text-to-speech engine selected in the phone's settings: while the phone is online, the app picks the engine's network voice if it has one, and the prompt's text is then spoken by the engine maker's servers (Google on most phones). Offline, a voice on the phone itself speaks.
Notifications. The app registers with the notification service (Apple's on iPhone, Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android) and sends the token it gets to our server, with the device hash, the platform (iPhone or Android), the language and the app version. This lets us send important messages, for example about a new version. Notifications can be turned off in the phone's settings.
News and offers. We send news and offers (for example, a discount on AntiMap Pro) only to those who agreed. The app asks once, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings («Новини та акції», "News and offers"). The server keeps your answer and when you gave it. We choose who gets a message only by the language, the platform, the app version and the access state (free days, AntiMap Pro, hours of driving, or access ended), which the server already knows from the data above. Location, drives and routes are not used for this. For each send, the server remembers for 30 days which tokens it went to, so that no one gets it twice. Apple or Google deliver the notifications: they receive the token and the notification's text.
What the app does not do
- sell or pass data to advertisers or data brokers;
- use the advertising ID or track you across apps;
- run analytics or send crash reports to us; have accounts;
- access location while the app is closed, not navigating and not recording.
Your data
What is on the phone is deleted with the app. To get a copy of, or delete, what is on our server or in our Telegram chat (the device hash, your hours of driving, the notification token, drives you sent), write to bricklogic.dev@gmail.com.
Children
AntiMap is meant for drivers and is not directed at children.
Changes
If what the app sends changes, we will update this page and its date before that version is released.
